Team at UDEA Physical Therapy

Dr. Natalya Tronik, PT, DPT, is the founder of UDEA Physical Therapy Inc. in Westlake Village, California. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and has built her practice around a whole-body, patient-centered approach to healing and movement restoration.

Dr. Natalya specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation with a strong emphasis on individualized care, movement quality, and long-term wellness. She integrates Pilates-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, functional movement training, and holistic treatment strategies to help patients recover from injury, improve performance, and maintain active lifestyles. Her approach focuses not only on relieving pain, but also on helping patients move with greater confidence, strength, and resilience.

Believing deeply in the body’s ability to heal when given the right support and guidance, Dr. Natalya partners closely with each patient to create meaningful and sustainable progress. Whether helping someone return to exercise after injury, improve balance and mobility, manage chronic pain, or continue participating in the activities they love, her goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their health and longevity.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Natalya enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughter. As a member of the Westlake Village community, she values building meaningful relationships and creating a welcoming environment where patients feel supported throughout their health journey.

Dr. Calyn Carlton earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and brings extensive experience working with a wide range of patient populations. She is dedicated to helping individuals restore efficient movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities that are meaningful to them with confidence.

With a background as a collegiate athlete, Calyn integrates a strong understanding of performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation into her care. Her approach is thoughtful and movement-based, bridging the gap between recovery and long-term physical resilience.

In addition to one-on-one physical therapy, Calyn offers strength training at UDEA in both private and small group settings, alongside prenatal and postnatal Pilates classes—supporting clients through a seamless progression from rehabilitation to long-term strength and wellness.

Outside the clinic, Calyn enjoys beach volleyball and spending time with her husband and three young children. She is proud to serve the Thousand Oaks community.
